Introducing Amcrest’s NV4108E-A2 4K 8CH POE Network Video Recorder (NVR), which features a pre-installed 2TB Security Surveillance Hard Drive and supports hard drives of up to 10TB. This advanced NVR allows for 8-channel recording and utilizes the latest H.265 video compression technology. With 8 PoE ports, it ensures seamless connectivity for your security setup, enabling playback options of 8 channels at 1080p (30fps), 4 channels at 4MP (30fps), or 2 channels at 4K (30fps).

The package includes four 5MP IP PoE outdoor turret cameras, each capable of high-definition video recording at a resolution of 2592x1944 pixels at 30 frames per second. Designed for reliability, each camera also features a built-in microphone for one-way audio capture. To facilitate installation, the system comes with four 60ft Ethernet cables.

The system supports AI capabilities from compatible AI IP cameras, although available features depend on the specific camera model in use. Note that only two channels of AI cameras can operate at 4K@30fps, and the NVR itself does not include built-in AI features. Directly manage and connect all your PoE IP cameras via Ethernet cables, providing a straightforward and convenient setup for your home security system.

Efficient Bandwidth Management

The NVR supports a maximum incoming bandwidth of 80Mbps, allowing it to record eight cameras at 4K resolution using H.264. For maximum optimization, you can change the default settings to H.265 and adjust each camera's bitrate to 1792, effectively increasing the recording quality.
